Signing devices
An iPad paired here can be handed to a customer to sign a form. No account is signed in on it, and it can reach nothing else.
Open a customer's own screen exactly as they see it — their requests, what each one says it is waiting on, their pets and their details. Read only: nothing here can change anything.
Anything the clinic needs doing that is not about a patient. Whoever it is assigned to owes the next move; comment to hand it on.

Starts the record, so the animal is on the list and somebody owes it a move. Either way round: blood already taken at an exam and sent off, or none taken yet and they need ringing to arrange a draw. Mark the results in here when they come back.
Leave blank if no blood has been taken yet. A note here records the front desk as having already made its call, and the card then reads “blood draw arranged”.
