Spay & Neuter
Dogs from $150 by weight, domesticated cats $100. Every pet we sterilize gets a tattoo, and appropriate pain management for during and after the procedure.
Dentals
Cleaning, and extraction of teeth that are already loose. $300–500 depending on what we find, plus antibiotics and pain medication if needed.
We do not perform dental radiographs, and we do not do full-mouth extractions.
Feral Cats
Every weekday we fix 5 ferals for free. Please contact freeferalprogram@reichstadtvetcare.com if you want to take advantage of that program.
Additionally, we offer 5 spots every weekday for ferals at $50 per cat. Every cat has to be in a trap and will receive an eartip as well as a rabies vaccine.
Why we talk about teeth
A pet with infected, painful gums usually carries on eating. Think how a single sore tooth takes over our own day — we feel every twinge of it, and we cannot leave it alone until somebody looks. An animal gives almost none of that away.
The clinic
Before you book
We ask that pets are spayed or neutered before we take them on for routine care. Pets already altered, and pets coming in for the surgery itself, are welcome. If yours is too young, or there is a medical reason, call and we will talk it through.
