Arrival
Arrival times are staggered, and yours is given to you when the appointment is booked. Dogs on a leash, cats in a carrier.

Only after checking with us first. Call before you give anything.
If they ate anyway
Tell us. We need to know to address accordingly. No need to cancel the appointment.
There is nothing to bring, and we do not need vaccine records.
